In a haunting case that has gripped West Virginia, 22-year-old Gavin Smith has been sentenced to life in prison for the tragic murders of four family members in December 2020. This marks the second time Smith has faced sentencing for this devastating crime, which has left a community in shock.

Investigators revealed that his girlfriend, Rebecca Walker, 17, allegedly encouraged him to commit the heinous act and assisted him in evading capture by hiding him at her grandmother’s home.
